Pay:

$26-$30 per hour, depending on experience Job Summary Custom Steel Supply is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machine Operator/Programmer to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC milling machines, programming parts, and ensuring high-quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines safely and efficiently Program using Mastercam X9 and manual G-code/M-code Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, tape measure) Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications Maintain accurate production and quality records Ensure a clean and safe work environment Assist with training new team members Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, waste reduction) Qualifications 5+ years of CNC milling experience (Haas mills/lathes preferred) Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming Experience with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam preferred) Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math (including trigonometry) Experience using precision measuring tools High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift 50-75 lbs Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable and safety-focused Team player with a positive attitude Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Requirements Steel-toe boots required Reliable transportation Availability for overtime and flexible shifts Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Supportive team-oriented work environment Apply Today Join a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
