Responsibilities:

Set up and operate manual and CNC machines to fabricate emergent, out-of-sequence production parts based on blueprint specifications Interpret moderately complex blueprints and engineering drawings to determine machining requirements and tolerances Develop and revise Machine Control Data (MCD) and part geometry for machining processes Support and assist machinists in completing production tasks and resolving machining issues Execute work from detailed verbal and written instructions to meet production and quality standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred) 3+ years of aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing experience 1+ year of experience interpreting Machine Control Data (MCD) 1+ year of experience setting up and operating manual and/or CNC machines

Preferred Qualifications:

Boeing 787 program experience 3+ years of experience with manual mill and lathe machines 3+ years of experience setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines (3-axis and 5-axis) 3+ years of experience setting up NC/CNC machines, including: Probing Dial indicators Establishing machine set points Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
