This is a hands-on, technical role ideal for someone with prior CNC machining experience. Candidates without it will not be considered. Deine Aufgaben Set up CNC turning machines (like DMGMORI) with all necessary tools, fixtures, and materials to begin production Monitor machining runs and use precision measuring tools to ensure every finished part hits exact specifications Perform tool changes, adjust parameters, and quickly resolve any machine errors to keep production moving Maintain a safe, organized workspace and collaborate with the team to find ways to boost overall machining efficiency Accurately track and record production output, scrap rates, tool usage, and routine maintenance logs Dein Profil High school diploma/GED required, with proven experience operating CNC turning machines in a manufacturing setting Proficient in reading complex blueprints and technical drawings, with a solid grasp of G-code, CAD/CAM, and turning techniques Experience with Fanuc or Siemens controls; specific familiarity with DMGMORI lathes is a major plus Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to precision, safety, and high-quality production standards A reliable, accountable communicator who embraces lean manufacturing and thrives in a collaborative, high-performance team This position is fully onsite in Rock Hill, SC, Monday-Friday; candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance Unser Angebot Starting pay of $22-$28/hr (DOE) with 1st/2nd shift availability and shift differentials Full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) package starting after a 2-month probationary period Join a family-owned industry leader with an international team, featuring structured onboarding and paid time off Opportunities to grow from a technical, hands-on role into team leader or supervisory positions Jetzt bewerben
