Seeking a hands-on Technical Operator with manufacturing experience and strong mechanical aptitude. This role offers the opportunity to learn multiple machines and move where needed on the floor. Responsibilities Operate and support production equipment across multiple areas Perform basic troubleshooting and use hand tools as needed Read work orders and input data into HMI systems Assist with setups, changeovers, and material handling Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Equipment You May Work On Flange Machine:

Welding + overhead crane operation; shape flat bar via

HMI Plate Machine:

Tack welding and plate processing Plasma (CNC): HMI operation to cut metal parts

Auto-Welder:

Robotic-style welding operations Requirements Experience working in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude (comfortable with hand tools) Willingness to learn and operate multiple machines Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet What to Expect Flexibility to learn different equipment Opportunity to specialize based on experience Cross-training to support multiple areas of production
