  • Position Summary
  • The CNC Machinist will set up and operate conventional, specialized, and CNC machinery to produce precision components from a variety of materials.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements + Conduct first article inspections and in-process quality checks + Select, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations + Set and adjust machine controls, including speed, feed rate, coolant flow, and cutting depth + Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency + Identify and troubleshoot machining issues as they arise •Required Qualifications•+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent + Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety procedures + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and in a team environment •Preferred Qualifications•+ Experience working in a medium to large manufacturing setting •Physical Requirements•+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs + Ability to stand for extended periods •Compensation & Benefits•+ Competitive compensation + Paid holidays, including floating holidays + Paid time off (vacation and sick leave) + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) retirement plan + Paid parental leave + Flexible scheduling options (where applicable) + Employee referral program + Mentorship and development opportunities + Relocation assistance (where applicable) + Opportunities for community involvement and volunteer events •
Pay Details:
  • $25.
