We are currently hiring a full-time CNC Machinist to join our growing team and support our operation and customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize a variety of CNC machines to accomplish milling, turning, threading, tapping and drilling. Review and reference blueprints for production. Assure all machinery and tools are properly used, cleaned and maintained for safe and efficient operation. Participate in team discussions to review product design with respect to the most efficient and cost effective manufacturing methods. Perform self in-process inspections and document them appropriately. Esure that safety, quality, efficiency and housekeeping standards are maintained at all times. Peform other duties as assigned and necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
In depth understanding of universal G & M-codes/commands. Minimum of 3 years experience in programming/operating CNC machinery Minimum of 3 years experience utilizing manual machinery Experience with 4 axis CNC machining/programming along with CNC lathe/bar feeding a plus. Must possess good organizational and planning skills Ability to work as a team player to meet or exceed internal and external customers' expectations by providing products and services efficiently Must be seeking employment on a regular schedule and must successfully have the ability to pass a drug and background screening.
