Job Description

Job Overview Express Employment is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to support a full-service machine shop delivering precision machining, fabrication, and repair services. This role involves setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts across a range of materials and sizes while maintaining strong standards for safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. 2
Job Locations:
Harrogate, TN and Maynardville, TN Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain tolerances Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools Troubleshoot issues and perform basic machine maintenance Qualifications 1+ years CNC machining or machine shop experience required Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus) What We're Looking For Dependable—shows up ready to work and contribute Works safely and follows shop procedures Team player who communicates clearly Motivated to learn and grow in machining This position has long-term employment potential with a great company that offers competitive pay and Express benefits until hired on by the company.
