Duties:

Operates, programs, and maintains computer-controlled machinery to produce precise metal or plastic parts according to technical specification.

Core Duties:

Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. Programming CNC machines using G-code or proprietary software to executive precise operations. Setting machine controls for feed, speed, and depth of cut ,and applying optimal work-holding techniques. Monitoring production for discrepancies and adjusting machine settings to maintain quality standards. Inspecting finished products using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers to ensure compliance with specifications. Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machinery operates efficiently. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols.

Pay:

$16.00 Hour plus Depends on Experience
