Based on experience We are hiring a CNC Machinist in Caldwell, TX. This is a full-time opportunity with a manufacturing company that produces aluminum components. We are looking for someone with CNC experience who can work in a fast-paced environment and help keep production running safely and efficiently. Job Summary The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines used to cut, shape, and finish aluminum parts. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Job Duties

• Set up and operate CNC machines
• Cut, shape, and finish aluminum parts to specifications
• Install and align tools, fixtures, and materials
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Make program adjustments as needed
• Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs
• Monitor production and troubleshoot issues
• Keep accurate production logs
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work closely with production, packing, and maintenance teams Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of CNC machining or related experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiar with CNC machine setup and operation
• G-code and CNC software experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus Work Environment
• Manufacturing facility
• Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
• Standing, bending, and lifting required
