CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist Job Description Responsibilities Produces machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. Maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records. Maintaining equipment and supplies. Follow safety requirements and inspect the product for quality assurance. Handle materials appropriately and safely. Maintain and operate laser machine and band saw. Maintain and operate forklift and other necessary equipment. Clean and Climate Controlled. Operating HAAS Machines. MUST be dependable. Essential Duties Machine Operation Operate CNC machines and various machining processes including lathes and milling machines with precision. Perform setup and calibration of CNC equipment ensuring optimal performance. Quality Assurance Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery to maintain production efficiency. Workplace Maintenance Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Ensure the workspace adheres to safety and cleanliness standards. Preferred Experience Willing to train a highly motivated, hard working individual. Experience operating HAAS brand CNC machines is a major plus. Requirements Ability to maintain equipment and supplies for seamless operations. Strong attention to detail for inspecting and ensuring the quality of machined parts. Dependability and the ability to work in a clean and climate-controlled environment.
