CNC MACHINIST

with great experience, knowledge, and talent. Experience and knowledge of

CNC LATHE

is NEEDED. This position is only for candidates with experience in high-precision lathe machining with no training needed. We are looking for a

TOP-NOTCH MACHINIST WITH A HIGH SKILL LEVEL AND GREAT WORK ETHIC. CNC LATHE

Machinists will be responsible for: Setup/Operating CNC Lathe machines safely and accurately. Setting tools/Offsets Make appropriate adjustments to CNC machines, and programs as needed. Reading engineering blueprints, and using precision measuring equipment to confirm accuracy of programs and machining. Inspecting parts as they are machined for accuracy and precision. Complete job/tooling setup with little to no supervision. Prepare tooling/fixturing for each job. Ability to accurately set up a job efficiently and accurately. Maintaining a healthy and clean work environment. Follow company production procedures. CNC Machinist

REQUIREMENTS

Experience and knowledge of CNC Lathe Machining. Experience machining exotic material is a must. Knowledge of Okuma and Fanuc controls. Ability to machine parts with tolerances down to .0005". Ability to use measurement/inspection tools required for dimensional checks during machining process. Ability to complete part setups accurately and efficiently. Strong knowledge of machine cutting tools (drills, endmills, boring bars, inserted cutters, etc.....) Ability to lift up to 50lbs. •
