Job Description

CNC Machinist Houston, TX 77041 $25
  • $28 an hour
  • Full-time $25

Full-time Skill Set:
Experience with both HBM and Lathe machines (preferred), with a minimum of 3 years of experience. We are specifically looking for machinists, not operators.
Schedule:
Day shift (depending on workload typically [6am-6pm])
Skills/Attributes:
1. Advanced Machine Operation
  • Can operate a wide variety of CNC machines, including multi-axis machines, with little to no supervision. 3 years' experience minimum.2. Advanced CNC Programming & Setup
  • Expertise in advanced CNC programming, including tool path generation, CAM software (MASTERRCAM).3. Leadership & Mentorship
  • Supervises and trains lower-level machinists and coordinates production schedules.4. Process Improvement
  • Proactively suggests and implements process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.5. Advanced Quality Control & Inspection
  • Expertise to ensure parts meet high tolerance standards.6. Machine Troubleshooting & Repair
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of CNC machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures to minimize downtime.
