High SchoolResponsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines using HAAS controls Modify and optimize existing CNC programs at the machine as needed Select, install, and adjust cutting tools and tooling offsets Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Apply GD&T principles to ensure parts meet dimensional and tolerance requirements Inspect finished and in-process parts using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and CMMs (if applicable) Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, programs, or materials Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures Document inspection results and production data as required The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentstanding for 9 hours at one timeSkillsSetupMillingTurningG-CodeBlueprints, Technical DrawingsQualificationsYears of experience: 3 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
