Job Description
This CNC Machinist Position Features:
- Temporary - Plano, TX
- Monday to Friday
- 6am to 2:30pm Plus Overtime
- Pay $19.
Job Summary:
The CNC Machinist is responsible for operating a variety of machines and utilizing specialized tools to build, repair, or modify precision products. This role requires proficiency with both manual machine shop equipment and CNC machinery.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and use shop tools to build or repair products.
- Utilize burr hole machines, lathes, mills, and other equipment for shaping, drilling, turning, milling, and grinding.
- Perform setups, tool changes, and adjustments as needed.
- Inspect parts using precision measurement tools to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, instructions, and job travelers in English.
- Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant machine shop and CNC machining experience.
- Experience with manual machine shop equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.).
- Ability to read and understand documentation in English.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and quality requirements.
