Job Description

This CNC Machinist Position Features:
  • Temporary - Plano, TX
  • Monday to Friday
  • 6am to 2:30pm Plus Overtime
  • Pay $19.
41/hr Our client is a leader in precision and medical device manufacturing, seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support production of high-quality components in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Summary:
The CNC Machinist is responsible for operating a variety of machines and utilizing specialized tools to build, repair, or modify precision products. This role requires proficiency with both manual machine shop equipment and CNC machinery.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and use shop tools to build or repair products.
  • Utilize burr hole machines, lathes, mills, and other equipment for shaping, drilling, turning, milling, and grinding.
  • Perform setups, tool changes, and adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect parts using precision measurement tools to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, instructions, and job travelers in English.
  • Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience & Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant machine shop and CNC machining experience.
  • Experience with manual machine shop equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.).
  • Ability to read and understand documentation in English.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and quality requirements.
