CNC Machinist

General Description We are seeking a skilled CNC / Manual Machinist to join our team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC and manual machines while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual lathes and mills Select and use appropriate machining tools (drills, inserts, etc.) Adjust feeds and speeds for efficiency and optimal tool life Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Machine parts to precise dimensions and tolerances Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications & Requirements Experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficient in using measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers, etc.) Strong math and analytical skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Experience with overhead cranes preferred Basic computer skills (Windows-based systems a plus) Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE (safety glasses, mask, steel-toe boots) Team-oriented with strong communication skills Why Join Us?
