COPY LINK link We're working with a confidential, well-established precision manufacturingpany to hire a Machinist II on 2nd shift. This role is ideal for someone who can independently set up and run jobs while maintaining tight tolerances and consistent quality. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC and manual machines using s and work instructions Read and interpret blues, dimensions, and tolerances (GD&T experience preferred) Select tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job Adjust speeds, feeds, offsets, and tooling to maintain part quality Load and make minor edits to CNC programs (G & M codes) Monitor machine performance and address issues before they impact production Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet specifications Run first-piece / trial parts to validate setups Troubleshoot machining and program issues at the machine level Maintain a clean andanized work area (5S) Communicate effectively with team members across shifts Qualifications 2+ years of machining experience (CNC setup/operation preferred) Ability to work independently and manage setups with minimal supervision Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling Experience reading blues and working with tight tolerances Basic knowledge of G-code and machine adjustments Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements) Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Work Environment Shop environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial conditions Use of PPE required Hands-on role requiring standing, lifting, and machine interaction Additional Details 2nd Shift Opportunity Competitive hourly pay + overtime potential Long-term opportunity with growth potential

Pay Details:
