Job Description

Aerospace | Tight Tolerances | Advanced Multi-Axis Work We are seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Machinist who thrives in a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands complex aerospace requirements, and can own setups and machining processes from start to finish. If you live for tight tolerances, clean setups, and efficient cycle times — this is your kind of shop. What You'll Do Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and full 5-axis CNC mills Machine tight-tolerance parts (±0.0005 and tighter) in titanium, Inconel, aluminum, and tool steels Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and engineering documentation Perform in-process inspection and ensure parts meet quality standards Optimize feeds, speeds, tooling, and workholding to improve efficiency Collaborate with engineering and quality to troubleshoot and improve processes What We're Looking For 5+ years of CNC machining experience (5-axis required) Strong setup experience — ability to own jobs independently Experience in aerospace or other high-precision industries preferred Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, or similar controls Experience with Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar CAM software is a plus Strong understanding of GD&T and tight-tolerance machining Why Join Us High-end equipment and complex work Stable, growing company Competitive pay based on experience Overtime available If you're looking for a shop that values skill, precision, and professionalism — we'd like to talk.
