Job Description

About the Role As a CNC Machinist, you will be instrumental in transforming raw materials into high-precision components that drive our production success. By leveraging your expertise in CNC tooling and machine operation, you will ensure that every part meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing manufacturing throughput. Responsibilities Execute precise CNC machine setups and changeovers to meet daily production targets. Analyze complex technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate part fabrication. Proactively monitor equipment performance, performing necessary adjustments to maintain consistent output quality. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize machine reliability. Document production metrics and performance data to support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine manufacturing workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency. Maintain a secure and organized workspace by strictly adhering to all established safety protocols. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated professional experience operating CNC Lathes or similar machining equipment. Proficiency in precision measurement and hand metrology tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and a meticulous eye for detail. Ability to interpret technical documentation and complex work orders. Preferred Skills Technical certification in CNC machining or related manufacturing disciplines. Hands-on experience with Okuma CNC systems or vertical lathe technology. Prior experience with 2-4 axis CNC programming.
