This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment producing high-quality precision components. Key Responsibilities Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining requirements Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines (horizontal) and CNC lathes Plan and execute machining operations, including selecting tooling and determining process steps Measure and mark materials to ensure accurate cutting and shaping Adjust machine settings such as speeds, feeds, and batch sizes for optimal performance Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards Identify and address defects or inconsistencies in production Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to both milling and turning operations Proficiency in Fanuc G-code and M-code programming Ability to perform machining tasks such as drilling, tapping, and deburring Strong understanding of metal properties and machining processes Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Reliable, safety-conscious, and quality-driven
