CNC Machinist (Full-Time) 3-Day Work Week (FridaySunday)

What You'll Do This is not a button-pushing operator role—you are a true machinist and craftsman. In this role, you will: Read and interpret blueprints and machining symbols Set up, program, and run CNC machines (Mastercam experience preferred) Select and adjust tooling as needed Machine, deburr, and inspect parts to exact specifications Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and deadlines We specialize in custom, high-precision work—not mass production—so your expertise and attention to detail directly impact every part you create. What We're Looking For 3+ years of CNC and manual machining experience Experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software Strong understanding of GD&T and inspection procedures Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Commitment to quality, safety, and precision Ability to meet the physical demands of the role

Schedule & Work-Life Balance Full-time:
