$20-28 / hour Job Description CTR Group is seeking a CNC Mills Machinist for a Precision Machine Shop and Metal Fabrication Company in the Norfolk, VA area. Immediate opening and urgently hiring!

Pay Range:

$20 - $28 per Hour plus Benefits. 2nd Shift opening 2pm-10:30pm

REQUIREMENTS

Sets and adjusts machining controls with minimal assistance Use edge finders, indicators, and probes to establish machine work offsets Produces precision parts that meet engineering specifications Reads and interprets engineering and manufacturing drawings with working knowledge of GD&T Accurately follows set up sheets and applies best practices Applies optimal cutting techniques, speeds and feeds Detects malfunctions or tolerance issues and communicates findings Verifies conformance of parts using standard measuring tools Performs through first-part inspections of moderate to complex parts.
