What You'll Do:

Operate machine tools including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and CNC machines. Use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) to ensure part accuracy. Conduct detailed inspections to meet quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 4 years of machinist experience . Familiarity with NAVSEA Standard Items . Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machining techniques (turning, milling, drilling, threading). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches . Why Join LEAD?
