Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to manufacture precision components Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments based on production requirements Load raw materials and monitor machining operations to ensure quality and efficiency Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators Adjust machine offsets, tooling, and program settings as needed to maintain part tolerances and quality standards Troubleshoot machining issues, equipment malfunctions, and dimensional inaccuracies Edit CNC programs at the machine when necessary to improve performance or correct issues Maintain accurate production, quality, and inspection documentation Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturing standards Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes and reduce downtime About the
