CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift at Adecco US, Inc. in Williston, Vermont, United States Job Description CNC Machinist A (2nd Shift) Job Summary A respected industrial manufacturer is hiring a skilled CNC Machinist for 2nd shift. This role will operate multi-axis CNC equipment to machine precision components while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. Responsibilities + Perform turning, milling, boring, and threading operations on CNC machinery + Run 4-axis and 5-axis CNC equipment + Read blueprints, production orders, QC instructions, and work orders + Inspect finished parts to ensure tolerance compliance + Make offsets and edits to programs when needed + Tool prove new jobs before production release + Operate machines in automatic, MDI, and manual modes + Maintain safe and efficient workflow standards Qualifications + High school diploma or GED + 3+ years of CNC machining experience required + Experience with 4-axis or 5-axis CNC equipment strongly preferred + Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances + Strong shop math skills + Familiarity with precision measuring tools + Ability to edit programs and troubleshoot setups Benefits + 401(k) + Health benefits + Paid holidays + Tuition assistance + Growth opportunities Stable long-term employer
