Overview Join our team as an Entry Level Engine Machinist & Engine Rebuilding Technician! This exciting role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills in engine machining, rebuilding, and mechanical assembly. You'll work closely with experienced professionals that have been machining and rebuilding engines for years, gaining valuable knowledge in precision engine work, quality control, and mechanical processes. Whether you're passionate about automotive, industrial, or diesel engines, or manufacturing, this position provides a solid foundation for your technical career. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing our commitment to investing in your growth from day one. Responsibilities Assist with engine disassembly, inspection, and reassembly using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise fit and function Operate precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and quality standards Utilize machining equipment to perform basic operations under supervision, ensuring accuracy and safety Conduct quality control checks throughout the rebuilding process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Mechanical knowledge with an interest in automotive, industrial, and diesel engines. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers Experience or willingness to learn machining techniques and the use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Knowledge of quality control procedures to ensure engine components meet specifications Basic understanding of assembly processes for engines or mechanical systems Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment (preferred but not required) This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in engine rebuilding and machining.
