We are currently in search of a CNC Setup Machinist with solid skills to join our team!
Schedule:
6:00 to 2:30;
Monday-Friday Salary:
depending on experience.

CNC Machinist The CNC Setup Machinist role is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of all CNC machining and operations. This role is tasked with working in close concert with other machinists, leads, engineering teams, and operations management to increase productivity and optimize machining programs and procedures. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with complex surfacing in aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong ability to setup multi-station machining operations, 3, 4, and 5-axis Maintain AS9100D controls during manufacturing. Knowledge of carbide tools and adjusting speed and feed parameters for maximum tool life in hard and soft metals. Create machining fixtures, tooling, and other workholding. Meets expectations for productivity and production goals. Constantly keeping products/projects moving. Provides consistent ideas for process improvements. Manage workloads and lead a team of machinists
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalency certificate. 5+ years of CNC machining experience. Experience with Haas, Makino, Doosan, and Hermle 5-axis experience perferably with Heidenhain controls is a plus Experience reading from 2D prints and
GD&T. USA

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted. Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position. Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed. Be a good team member with a can-do attitude. Be motivated, a problem solver with a strong skill set.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You will also receive access to comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching 4%. You may also accrue 2 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for paid holidays.
