Job Description:

Read drawings to properly machine various materials and parts Communicate with the designated foreman to identify and resolve production issues Analyze and inspect machined parts to stop problems from presenting further in the production process Maintain workspace in a clean and organized manner Set-up and run CNC machinery within given programming requirements Take routine measurements to ensure adherence to drawing specifications

Qualifications:

Ability to set-up, program, and run CNC lathes Ability to read drawings and run machines in accordance with work necessity Ability to monitor own work to ensure adherence to quality standards Ability to routinely lift up to fifty pounds, maneuver, stretch, and bend Knowledge of Haas CNC G-Codes and previous experience with GibbsCAM is helpful Understanding of routine machining and manufacturing processes Knowledge of general mathematic and machining principles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 2+ years Lathe CNC Machining experience Must possess or have access to reliable transportation Benefits Include (waiting period may apply): Medical and Dental Insurance 401K Plan with Company Match Generous PTO Accrual Tuition Reimbursement Profit-Sharing This Company Describes Its Culture as: Detail-oriented
