Role:
As a Machinist at 3V Precision Machining, Inc., you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by producing precision components that meet stringent specifications. Your expertise in operating CNC machines and utilizing various machine tools will ensure that our products are crafted with the highest level of accuracy and quality. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and applying geometric tolerancing to create parts that fit seamlessly into larger assemblies. The end result of your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our products, making your role vital to our success. Ultimately, you will contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation within our manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
Trouble Shooting, Advanced Set-Up, Process improvement and Training for all manufacturing staff on the shift Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with set-up, operations, g-code, programming, and so on Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
