CNC Machinist

Job Title:

1st and 2nd shift Machinist Job Description We are seeking an experienced Machinist with at least 3+ years of experience in setting up, operating, and program editing of CNC mills and lathes. This role involves working with various machines, including numerically controlled vertical and turning centers, tube lathes, band saws, abrasive saws, and tie rod machines. The position requires flexibility to perform a variety of tasks in a cellular production environment. Responsibilities Setup and operate one or more numerically controlled vertical and turning centers. Handle and operate tube lathes, band saws, abrasive (stone) saws, and tie rod machines. Perform cleaning, de-burring, masking, and painting of cylinders. Manage material handling and general housekeeping. Remove chips from machines and perform all operations within the machine's capability. Operate Mazak Integrex Machining Center with 4th axis (a plus). Essential Skills 3+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC vertical mills or horizontal lathes. 3+ years of experience working off of blueprints. 3+ years of experience using micrometers and calipers. Proficiency in Mazak Integrex and 5-axis Machining Centers. Skill in CNC setup and programming. Why Work Here?
