Experienced CNC Machinist

Job Overview This is a full-time, on-site, first-shift Machinist role in Milwaukee, WI. The Machinist will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, including milling machines, lathes, Swiss, or other related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, loading materials, and monitoring the machining process to ensure quality and precision. The CNC Machinist will also be responsible for performing routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety and quality control standards.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in machine operation, such as CNC mills, CNC Swiss machines, or CNC lathes. Familiarity with quality control processes Knowledge of various types of machinery Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to multitask in a highly automated environment Demonstrated capacity as a self-starter, someone who takes initiative to get things done without supervision Knowledge of precision hand tools and selection of the best option for obtaining accurate measurements Adept Manufacturing & Gauging, LLC, is a family-owned business established in 2014 to leverage the owner's experience and drive for excellence.
