A growing machining company in Neenah is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with either Lathe or Vertical Machining Center (VMC) experience, Direct hire! If you're a skilled CNC Machinist who can set up, program, and hold tight tolerances without being micromanaged — this is a great position for you! This employer is hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist or Vertical Machinist (VMC) to join a stable, well-run operation that values precision, consistency, and accountability. This is not an operator role. We're looking for a true setup machinist. What You'll Do

• Set up and run CNC Lathes and/or VMCs (20" x 40" with Fanuc controls or similar)
• Load, edit, and troubleshoot G & M code programs
• Set tooling, offsets, fixtures, and work holding
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Hold tight tolerances and produce to print
• Make adjustments independently to maintain quality Why This Shop
