Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level or experienced Micro Deburrer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for removing burrs and sharp edges from machined parts under a microscope to ensure quality and precision. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and instruments in a fast-paced environment. A delicate hand, strong hand-eye coordination, and steady fine motor skills are essential, as the work involves handling small components with precision under magnification. Shift hours are 6:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes a quarterly gain-sharing bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities Utilize microscopes, power tools and hand tools to deburr and finish machined components. Read and interpret prints to understand specifications and tolerances. Employ precision measuring instruments, to ensure parts meet quality standards. Conduct quality control checks on finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to the deburring process. Preferred Qualifications Experience in machining or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with tooling processes and techniques is a plus. Comfortable in using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers. Understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation. Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards in manufacturing environments. Required Qualifications Must be able to use power tools safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to sit for long periods of time.
