Machine Operator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development. Also Spanish speaking is require with good communicating.

Duties:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines such as lathes, press brake machines, and CNC machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine machine settings and specifications
• Fabricate parts by using precision measuring instruments and hand tools
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
• Operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products within the facility
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Spanish speaking is require with good communicating.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in operating various machines such as lathes, press brake machines, and CNC machines
• Strong knowledge of tooling and machine setup procedures
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Excellent mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and hand tools
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required
