Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team in Calera, AL. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or machine operating experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor operational issues Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines Inspect products to ensure quality specifications are met Record production information and complete required documentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow all safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production delays to supervisors Assist with changeovers, line setups, and general production duties as needed Meet daily production goals and maintain efficiency standards Qualifications Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Mechanical aptitude is a plus Reliable attendance and punctuality required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to work around production equipment and manufacturing environments
