What You'll Need 6 weeks of experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical smarts — you know your way around tools and gauges Sharp eye for detail to keep quality tight Strength and stamina — lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet Team player who shows up, works safe, and gets it done Day-to-Day Responsibilities Be in charge of setting up, operating, and performing basic maintenance on fabrication equipment and machinery. Cutting and bending metal. Completing quality checks. Reading and interpreting product engineering drawings. Using measurement tools and basic hand tools.
