Job Summary:
We are seeking multiple skilled Machine Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring precision and quality in all production processes. This role requires the ability to operate and troubleshoot. The Machine Operator will play a key role in the production line, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. Utilize trained skills to set up, run and break down machines. Conduct routine troubleshooting and the ability to use hand tools effectively for the task. Employ basic math skills for calculations related to measurements and adjustments. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Experience:
Previous experience as an extrusion or automation operator is preferred but not necessary. These positions have training available with strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on learning ability. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance practices is essential.
