We are currently hiring for 1st and 2nd shift openings in the Guntersville/Arab area for Machine Operators and Sorters . Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour , depending on shift, experience, and position. Position Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to work instructions. Sort, inspect, and handle electronic connector components and cable assemblies with attention to detail. Monitor product quality and identify defects or inconsistencies during production. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures. Meet daily production goals in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment as needed. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machine operating, sorting, or production experience is helpful but not always required. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime when needed.
