  • 7:30 AM (Work Monday through Thursday, or Monday through Friday with possible overtime on Fridays/Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Set up, operate, and tear down extrusion machines and downstream equipment Perform quality checks and document production data accurately Troubleshoot and make minor mechanical adjustments to keep the line running Keep your work area clean and follow all safety protocols Communicate issues or improvement ideas to supervisors Support your team and assist with housekeeping as needed Working hours: 11:00 PM

  • You like hands-on work and solving equipment issues Experience in machine operation, production, or extrusion is a plus-but training is available Confident using calipers, gauges, rulers, and tape measures (to 1/16 of an inch) Self-starter with a positive, safety-first attitude Able to work independently and as part of a team
Education:
High School Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude Comfortable working with machines, tools, and adjusting equipment Experience using a tape measure Must accurately read down to 1/32 of an inch Basic troubleshooting Able to identify minor issues and make small adjustments without supervision Attention to detail ? Capable of spotting defects or inconsistencies in product quality Use of measuring tools ? Proficient with calipers, gauges, rulers, and other precision tools Production awareness ? Understands efficiency, safety, and quality in a manufacturing environment Good communication skills ? Can follow written and verbal instructions, report issues, and share feedback Physical stamina ? Able to lift 35-50 lbs and stand for long periods during a shift Independence ? Works well without constant supervision; takes initiative to keep things running Teamwork mindset ?
