Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Set up machines and adjust settings as needed for production requirements Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Load raw materials and remove completed products from equipment Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns Maintain accurate production records and follow work instructions Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials as needed, and perform repetitive tasks Marathon is an equal opportunity employer PAL
