The Mixing Operator is responsible for supporting the production of high-quality PVC compounds by operating mixing equipment, handling raw materials, and ensuring consistent product quality. Direct experience is not required — comprehensive on-site training will be provided. Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Operate mixing machinery and related production equipment according to standard operating procedures. Measure, weigh, and load raw materials following batch instructions. Monitor production parameters and ensure correct material blending. Perform visual quality checks and report any irregularities to the shift supervisor. Label, record, and document production data accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift handovers and production continuity. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer literacy is. Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required. Strong reliability and commitment to consistent attendance. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in hot or cold environments. Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn. Availability for night shift and rotating shift schedule; overtime as needed.
