Job Description

Spray Foam Installer We're not hiring bodies to fill a truck. We're looking for someone who actually cares about the work they put their name on. Tennessee Valley Spray Foam has built our reputation on doing things the right way — quality installs, honest dealings, and treating people with respect. We work on residential and commercial projects across the Tennessee Valley, and we're growing. That means we need people who want to be part of something worth showing up for. Where You Fit Depends on Where You're At Helper
  • $25/hr No experience required. You just have to show up on time, pay attention, and be willing to work hard in conditions that aren't always comfortable. Sprayer
  • $30/hr You've been behind a gun before, you know how to put down quality foam, and you don't need to be babysat. Lead Sprayer / Rig Operator
  • $35/hr + production bonuses You can run a rig from start to finish, manage the job independently, and take ownership of the outcome.

A work ethic that doesn't quit when it gets hot or uncomfortable — spray foam is physical work and we won't pretend otherwise. Someone who cares about the quality of their work, not just getting through the day. A clean driving record is a plus.
