In this role, you will be responsible for the basic operation and monitoring of production machinery to ensure the efficient manufacturing of high-quality products. You will work under the guidance of experienced lead operators to learn safety protocols, quality control measures, and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

Set up, start, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and work orders.

Quality Control:

Visually inspect finished products for defects or non-conformance to ensure they meet company standards.

Material Handling:

Load raw materials into feeders and unload finished goods for packaging or further processing.

Maintenance:

Perform basic daily upkeep and cleaning of machinery and work areas (5S standards).

Documentation:

Maintain simple production logs and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately. ...

Previous Experience:

6 months to 1 year of experience in a warehouse, production, or construction environment.

Technical Familiarity:

Prior experience using hand tools, calipers, or basic measuring devices.

Shift Flexibility:

Problem-Solving:

A proactive approach to identifying minor machine issues before they lead to downtime.

Basic Mechanical Aptitude:

Comfort working with hands and a basic understanding of how mechanical parts function.

Mathematical Proficiency:

Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

Strong hand-eye coordination for handling small parts and operating controls.

Communication:
