First Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM•3:30 PM ($19/hour)

Second Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM•2:00 AM ($21/hour)

Overtime:

What You'll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in our production process by: Setting up and operating high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards Replenishing materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area Assembling and labeling boxes, and supporting other production tasks

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant machine operator experience) Stable work history and consistent reliability Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work at a fast pace and meet production goals Dependability matters — we value team members who show up ready to contribute and take pride in their work. Demonstrated ability to stand for long periods and read instructions clearly
