To Crush This Job At least 1 year of machine operation experience Ability to read tape measures and convert between fractions and decimals accurately Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks Dependable work history with a strong sense of responsibility Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Your Role on the Floor Operate the trim break machine with attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines Read and interpret trim break drawings and specifications to complete assigned jobs Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met Perform routine machine operation tasks and assist with additional production duties as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment while contributing to a strong safety culture Your Rewards, No BS.
