Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly Worker and become a vital part of creating high-quality products through precise and efficient assembly processes. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components, interpreting schematics, and ensuring that each product meets rigorous quality standards. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will contribute directly to our mission of delivering exceptional solutions to our customers. Responsibilities Assemble products by following detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and quality standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide assembly processes. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process using precision measuring instruments to detect defects or deviations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse or manufacturing floor to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly procedures, troubleshoot issues, and improve overall production flow. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or assembly environments. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate assembly. Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, precision measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and machining tools. Experience with fabrication techniques including welding and machining processes. Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (certification preferred). Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and experience working in a warehouse setting is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control through precise measurements. Pay:
$22.18 - $26.71 per hour
