Full Job Description The Opportunity:

As a Machine Operator / Assistant, you'll play a key role in our full line manufacturing operation. Based on your experience, you may support various positions across the facility while helping drive productivity and meet customer commitments. Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systems Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals Follow instructions closely and maintain strong attention to detail to support on time delivery Work week 1st shift 6am - 2pm How you will impact

What you need to succeed:

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting or individually depending on the assigned position. 2-3 years proven and consistent work background Ability to work overtime as needed up to 12 hours. (both daily and/or Saturday) Consistent and dependable attendance Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that is hot and humid in the Summer/Fall. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math used in manufacturing process Ability to perform repetitive motions, involving lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift with or without reasonable accommodation. Prior full line manufacturing experience is preferred All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
