Job Description

Marathon Staffing is Hiring - 3rd Shift Laser Operator (Jonesboro, AR) Marathon Staffing is now hiring a 3rd Shift Laser Operator for long-term manufacturing opportunities in Jonesboro, AR. This is a temp-to-hire position with potential conversion based on performance and business needs.
Pay & Schedule:
Competitive pay based on experience 3rd Shift (overnight schedule) Full-time with possible overtime
Job Duties:
Operate laser cutting machines in a production environment Read and interpret blueprints and work orders Use tape measures and basic measuring tools accurately Load and unload materials safely Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Maintain safe operation of equipment and workspace Assist with material handling and general production tasks
Requirements:
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Must pass background check and drug screen (THC included - no medical marijuana accepted) Must be able to work in a safety-sensitive environment with moving equipment
