In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine setup, operation, and maintenance will ensure smooth production flows, adherence to safety standards, and consistent product quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to a thriving manufacturing environment where precision and productivity are paramount. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CAM programming tools to produce parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD models to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and quality standards throughout the production process. Maintain proper tooling, materials handling, and fabrication procedures while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Conduct routine inspections of machinery for proper operation; perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Document production data accurately in logs; perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications. Assist with packaging, materials handling, and warehouse tasks to support overall manufacturing efficiency. Experience Proven factory experience working with manufacturing equipment such as CNC programming (including Fanuc controls), stamping presses, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, or flexo presses. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, GD&T standards, CAD design tools like SolidWorks or similar software. Familiarity with machining processes including welding, fabrication, tooling setup, and assembly line operations. Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations. Experience operating hand tools and forklift certification is preferred. Prior exposure to quality control procedures within a manufacturing facility is highly desirable. Strong understanding of materials handling, packaging processes, and safety protocols in a fast-paced factory environment.
