Full Job Description Description:
The Builder is responsible for accurately assembling, building, and packaging a variety of products according to company and customer specifications. This role plays a key part in order fulfillment by ensuring that all products meet quality standards, safety requirements, and production deadlines. The Builder works closely with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Requirements:

Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), blueprints, and schematics to assemble units accurately. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build products in accordance with specifications. Review and verify sales orders to ensure all parts and materials are correctly pulled, assembled, and packaged. Inspect work in progress and finished goods for defects or deviations, and report issues promptly to the supervisor. Accurately label, package, and prepare finished units for shipment, ensuring proper documentation and identification. Safely operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment for loading, unloading, and inventory movement. Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; notify supervisor when replenishment is needed. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance guidelines. Perform station-specific preventative maintenance and ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe. Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to identify and recommend process improvements. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes and assist coworkers when needed. Comply with all safety protocols and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, BOMs, and written work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Reliable and consistent attendance record. Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS / PRIOR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive assembly tasks. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for precise assembly work. Ability to move throughout the production area to perform duties.
