Job Description

Hatchery Sanitation•Shift start times:
Monday and Tuesday:
12pm•1
Am Friday and Saturday:
10am•10/11pm
Responsibilities:
Set up the Embrex machine Load racks into the unloader and ensure they are feed though correctly Preform Quality Control on the Embrex machine after every 12 racks Load sanitizer in the machine after every 24 racks Run a clean cycle on the Embrex Machine Then clean the Embrex Machine Use of high-Pressure Hoses Pull heavy racks breakdown and cleaning of machine at the end of shift stand on feet the entire shift
